We produce 7 different Cognacs from blends made by 3 generations of our family to offer you unique experiences.
We cultivate 3 grape varieties: Ugni Blanc, Montils and Folle Blanche, distilled separately over a wood fire. Our eaux-de-vie are then aged in French oak barrels, then blended by us to enhance the subtle aromas of both young and old Cognacs. All our Cognacs are made without the addition of sugar, caramel or wood. Each of our Cognacs has its own personality and can be enjoyed to your taste, either in cocktails for the youngest, or as an accompaniment to cheeses or desserts, or as a digestive.
